I've been a lifelong sprinter so I love sprint intervals above all else. Yet I'm also a bit opposite of the type of guy who skips leg day. All my favorite motions in the gym target the lower body like squats, leg press, calf raises, and ham curls.
I actually tend to neglect my upper body instead; more inclined to skip chest/tris or back/bis than legs.
Lately it’s just hockey for cardio. I don’t know I could ever run on a treadmill again.
I am WATERLOGGED with sweat after playing hockey. My undershirt might as well have been submerged in water. You ever go swimming with your shirt on? It’s just slightly less wet than that, like it’s hard to take it off. It’s as wet as it can get without dripping.

Pull-ups, all variations. Small, wide, typewriters, weighted, ...
Whichever ones will continue to make me look aesthetic.
