I've only been with two women before and after tonsil removal. One could deep throat, the other could not. With the latter I noticed no real difference, with the former she seemed to tear up less when she'd push me into her throat, so I suspect it may help with gag reflex. Of course technically there's more room available, but it's not like it's enough missing to really make it looser or anything.

I imagine it would make deepthroating easier, I would practice first before you try it on someone though 😂
