Taking a look in the mirror is a great way to start & seeing an Ear, nose & throat doctor is the best course of action.

People may experience:
Pain areas: in the ear
Pain circumstances: can occur while swallowing
Whole body: chills, fatigue, fever, or malaise
Nasal: congestion or runny nose
Speech: laryngitis or impaired voice
Also common: enlarged neck lymph nodes, sore throat, swollen tonsils, bad breath, excess salivation, mouth breathing, poor appetite, pus, snoring, or tender lymph nodes

Open your mouth and look in a mirror simple as that. There is no need really because you'd feel if there was something wrong with them.

That t-word really confuses me. I know that they’re part of the mouth, but no-one really explained to me. I think that if my mouth feels all right, there’s no problem with my tonsils.
