Are gapped teeth gross?

If an otherwise attractive, above average girl had a small gap in her front teeth, would that be a turn off? The teeth are otherwise white and really straight.

i had one and it was quite small, some people said they forgot all about it after knowing me for a while, a lot of guys (and girls) said it was cute and nothing to worry about. I currently have braces (got them on quite late) and now my gap in the front is closed up but apparently to some its 'cute'. I didn't want to be 'cute' anymore though...

It can be very cute. I actually find girls with crooked teeth (Jewel) or fangs (Avril Levine) to be very cute, as long as it isn't "British extreme". LOL. I don't know what it is, but British folks often seem to look like they've had their teeth THROWN in their mouth or something; it's just a big jumble.

It's not gross, but to be honest, it is a bit unattractive. She can still be pretty to me, but it takes a couple of attractiveness points away. That's only for big gaps. Smaller gaps don't bother me whatsoever.

no big deal. nice teeth does not mean perfect. please do not get wrapped up in perfection. It is the enemy of good enough.
