My preferred type of massage is what I like to call the "light and easy." It's a technique that involves the massage therapist using the same motion over and over again, with just enough pressure to barely register as a sensation. During the massage, I close my eyes and I imagine myself standing in line at the DMV. After the massage, I emerge feeling like I've been reading a website's terms and conditions.

I actually don't. I workout a lot and prefer my muscles being tense rather than tenderized as if you're preparing meat by smacking it. Massages also don't really feel good to me.

Nah... Not really my thing. When lots of foreign tourists asked for Thai massage, I was like, was it that great? I tried once, and never do it again. I was pressed into the pillow. It's suffocating. Sport massage with stretching is not that bad though. It depends.
