The gluteus minimus on either side (the highest glute muscle) is well-defined, the lower glutes less so. Simple exercise - You can use cables or stretch bands anchored in front of you and around the back of your leg. Then move your leg backward against the resistance. Check with your doc before doing strenuous exercises, though please.

Thank you! I will add those and see if I can bring up the lower a bit more. I have never done those so it makes sense I’m not defined there but always room for improvement hence why I asked :)

If you have access to machines in a gym, just look for Hip Extension, Hip ABduction and Hip ADduction.
