Yeah, pop. I stopped drinking pop for a 100 days because I wanted to quit. But I learned I couldn't substitute ANYTHING for it. I could drink 10 glasses of water but I'd still be craving pop. So I knew I was addicted. It wasn't all bad though. Because being without all that sugar for a 100 days allowed me to switch to sugarless pop. It may not be ideal. But I realized how many empty calories I used to consume through sugary pop as I dropped 50 lbs. Over the next year. So I know it's not the sugar I'm addicted to. It's either the caffeine or it's just habitual.

Me it is a porn addiction, and yes porn can be an addiction for those who claim it isn't. Been a month clean today from it and staying strong at the moment. My current goal is a month and a half that will put me ahead of my last cycle where I was clean but no record yet.

Alcohol was my main one but just quit towards the end of last year. I developed the worst habit of starting to binge at home over the pandemic and was turning into a buffoon all the time.

Going 4 months sober now!

I don't think I have any big ones left. That was my final big one. I'm currently a bit too addicted to this site but I tend to binge it and go off and on.
