So…I’m wicked paranoid about having bad breath. I pull out all the stops. I’m addicted to flossing, lmao. I’m so proud when I go to the dentist and my gums don’t bleed, and the hygienist notices and gives me an “attaboy” for not just flossing the day off the appointment, haha. I do that first in my oral hygiene routine, before brushing. Then I brush my teeth, and then THE KEY is to use a tongue scraper…I’m ASTOUNDED these things aren’t in everyone’s bathroom, GAME-CHANGER…

Become best friends with these guys

…scrape off all that funk at the back of your tongue, that’s gotta be a HUGE part of the problem for many people. THEN you hit that Listerine and burn off whatever else is foul that’s still in there. Once I’m out of the house, I always have gum in my pocket, and I keep a small travel kit with a mini-toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste in case I want to freshen up on the fly.

There’s no excuse to be on that yuck mouth tip in the year 2024, we have the technology🔬🧪🧫
