What is your morning routine?

Do you go running first, have coffee and a bagel, watch TV, shower and go to the bathroom or stay in your bed and scroll through Facebook. Lol

Typically I get up, shower then drink a protein shake and a coffee. Sometimes if I have time like the weekend I talk to friends or watch YouTube for a while

Wake up, check email and social media, then get my coffee and start the day. I don't usually eat breakfast until late morning or early afternoon.

I pee first unless I have a morning erection. If I do I make coffee first and wait for it to go down. Then I pee and eat something for breakfast, brush my teeth and get dressed. (I shower before going to bed.) Then I check my phone.

I usually get up and use the facilities, get shaved and have a shower & get dressed. Make my morning oatmeal and coffee. Check my email messages. Eat breakfast then head to work.
