Really the only things that are consistent about getting ready everyday are:
- Brushing Teeth
- Washing Face
- Brushing Hair
- Putting fresh clothes on if I'm clean
- Showering if I'm not
- Applying deodorant
Then I always go to the kitchen & make 3 Large Eggs (microwave for a minute & 30 seconds). Then I add 1 Slice of American Sliced Cheese on top & Place 1oz of Part Skim Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese underneath the eggs so it can melt while I'm choppin up Green Peppers, Mushrooms, & Tomatoes. And I usually eat a banana before that so I can have some quick energy. then after I'm done eating, I drink 16 oz of water.
First I Make my bed , Stretch for 30 minutes take my early morning vitamins then 100 burpees in 5 minutes 200 squats 150 push-ups 100 hip thrust 5 sets 8 reps dips 3 sets of 12 to 15 pull ups then I jump rope for 30 minutes straight then I brush my teeth and wash my face in a bowl of ice water I prep the night before then off to the park to run for about an hour straight
then I eat breakfast a bowl of berries 4 to 6 egg omelette with tomato and avocado and half a pound of turkey or beef with green tea and supplements
sounds like a lot but it only takes a couple of hours to do
@Sonorous because of the morning wood itβs very common in males for our T levels to be higher in the morning but it wonβt last throughout the day
Most guys donβt take advantage of the natural energy boost which will be much stronger if you do no fap and stop watching porn , smoking , drinking and going to bed early
bro I remember trying to do no fap. Ended up getting a hard on in a damn museum because them mofos had nude women as some of the art pieces. Everybody else was admiring the art while I was tryna look everywhere else to calm it down π after that I was like yeah no my boi we gotta get back on schedule π€£

Immediately I wake up and feed the baby, then breastpump, get my kids up for school, get my other son up, feed them. Put on some clothes and walk my kids to school. After that my husband comes home and we snuggle for a bit till he has to go back to work. Then I start my day with the babies
Depends on how early I am working. During the spring season I travel quite often and have to be at sites as early as 4 AM. This time of year I am in the office or working from home.
During the early morning survey periods, I get up, make coffee and am on the road whether it be starting from home or the hotel. I sit, listen for birds etc. till about 8 AM and have my coffee. Then do vegetation surveys. If I am away, I maybe head for breakfast after completing the early morning surveys. I then come back to the property in the evening for another 4-5 hour period.
My regular days, are rise and shine like everyone else and head to work for 8 AM.
My personal routine is:
Wake up.
Pee.
Take a shower
Dry off
Make my coffee (either latte or french press)
Make breakfast (either an egg McMuffin or bagel and cream cheese)
Brush my toofies
Get ready
Mess around on social media and Internet.
Check emails for anything business related
Watch a bit of tv
Run some errands
Go to work.
1) Wake up.
2) Scream.
3) Talk to my demons.
4) Drink blood, I mean strawberry cranberry juice.
5) Put on my human skin.
6) Deal with what are called humans.
LOL.
I drink fair trade African coffee from a company I found online. It's expensive but I experimented with 7 people in my inner circle and we all agreed that my African coffee is better than Tim Hortons or Starbucks, it also costs a lot more money.
Ah, but coffee doesn't have to be expensive to be good! But I agree with you, strong gourmet coffee is the best! I have a cup of coffee (sometimes tea), make the bed, fix some breakfast, feed the dog. Then I clean my face with a warm face cloth, apply toner and a scented serum, and then check my emails and make some phone calls.
Love eggs benedict , really love em..
I don't really do mornings , I'm a night dude , its involves from 10am say , swimming , resistance , coffee , crack up the notebook for a quick check , then slowly into the day ,
Despite the love for eggs benedict I try and keep that till 2pm - 4pm , day dependent.
Kiss my Jesus Statue and Thank God for Another day. Go Online and Make My Bed (Bible is with Me all day) and Clean. Get ready to Go Out and About. xxoo
Pray the Rosary, go for a run or to the gym (depending on how much time I have), shower, get dressed, make breakfast, and then get out the door to go to work.
Feed the cats, feed myself, clean the catbox, brush my teeth, do some yoga, and take all my allergy medications for the upcoming day
Stretch, bathroom, let the pooch out/feed her, get the kids moving/delivered to school, work or play depending on my schedule
With the global inflation:
Eat something quick before work, start working, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work work, a few hours of recreation after work which in my perspective doesn't seems a lot,... then go to bed.
I'm striving to get my shit back together again, can't afford to go out anymore, and I don't have a life.
1) Shower and get ready
2) Gratitude exercise
3) Auto Suggestion
4) Eat & study at the same time
Right now while not being rich? Wagecucking and being frustrated at the market not turning itself around to make me money so i can do the things i want to do like eating Bacon and drinking orange juice freshly squeezed from my juicer.
I made 10k on Amazon in the last 6 months what the hell are you investing in?
Crypto - Monero, Neo
Stocks - AMD, CVX (Chevron), SPCE (Virgin Galactic)
Commodities - Crude Oil (its over now. it won't go back down anytime soon i guess), Gold, Wheat (failed and triggered my stop loss), Natural Gas (good success). Looking into Gasoline too when my capital gets bigger.
I look more at the charts rather than their real world potential. I need minor ups and downs with my capital like on Monero and Neo. The big ones like BTC and Tesla are having way too much room to swing for my risk tolerance as does Wheat as Wheat broke below it's year record support level and triggered my stop loss.
Amazon will probably be at 200 in the next 6 months. Just saying.
I just bought the stock held the stock then sold the stock.
My brother and I spend anywhere from 20-40k on a stock. Hold it then sell it once we make 10k profit. So once we buy we make sure we sell once it hits a certain number. Not sure the break down but that is how we make money on stocks. We only buy amazon and sometimes tesla.
I see. Yeah, that's a classic and reliable but very slow way to grow money.
I trade CFDs - contract for difference on these instruments. These goodies are banned in the USA but not in Europe. Basically it is a security of pricing of an instrument I mentioned above and the account has a margin level, which is determined by account balance and profit/loss amounts.
The beauty of CFDs is that you do not lose money by holding the trades overnight except when using leverage, then a very small SWAP rate fee is incurred.
It is a much faster and more effective way to grow money.
However I have yet to believe it. I see my numbers changing but I do not know if these numbers are really my money. I have yet to withdraw money from my brokers to confirm, that this is real and not a sham.
I can suggest SPCE - virgin galactic. They are at an all time low and I doubt they can drop any further (under 2 freedom dollars now). If it's price goes up by just 1 freedom dollar, you just +50% your money like that.
However I do not know if SPCE can go insolvent or something like that.
Well once I make the 10k I put that in a five month CD at 5% and rinse and repeat. Slow yes. But overall it works.
Yep. I too reinvest my gains until I have a very solid foundation and can afford to withdraw my next gains. It's slow too but not as slow as waiting for stocks to increase in value.
Market is looking terrible however. I haven't really traded in 5 weeks now and sustained some losses. Kind of a significant setback. But that's what I get for listening to financial advisors. I'ma be my own financial advisor.
Most stocks don't increase a bunch like crypto. Good thing about Amazon is it plunges hard but also goes up fast as well. So we wait for a dip then buy then sell... rinse and repeat. You got to do what you feel is right so I say good luck to ya and remember you don't need that much to live in Thailand.
That kind of goes with other stocks too. But with CFDs i prefer to make gains from smaller swings because the extra leverage is pretty brutal in either direction. Plus or Minus $1 in stock (crypto, commodity) value can mean gaining or losing $10, $30, $50 or $100 per $1 value change depending on lot size. Leverage is a real life saver and a money drainage too if recklessly used.
Brother, i watched yesterday a video about grocery shopping in Thailand. If you have time and want to, you can check it out too.
But yeah, Thailand is pretty and cheap. I aim to buy a Condominium (for like $150-200K) and live off trading (huge risk but also very rewarding)

I'm still mad about these financial advisors. Like damn, anybody can call themselves that and pretend to be licensed and all that.
Thai laws prohibit foreigners from owning land in their own name. Best you can do is rent something or marry a Thai woman and put it in her name. If it were me I would get a nice condo with a pool city view for 400 usd a month then move if necessary.
I don't really plan to buy land. Buying a condominium is still possible. But I'll need a Thai Elite Visa too. Or I can consult in the Thai consulate if Elite Visa isn't reachable with my bank.
I can also look into dual citizenship in some way. There will be a way but it ain't easy.
By the time I am ready to retire I'm afraid my dick won't be functional anymore and that would be a drag for me and the girls.
You're only 28 you should be there by 35 easily.
