I don't but I'm lucky because my IUD basically did away with my periods. Just a tiny tiny bit of spotting and then nothing.

I heard sometimes they accidentally tear our walls when putting it in sometimes

Yeah they can feel the string sometimes during sex. Also if it hits your cervix too much or hard it can dislodge it. That applies more to the big pp havers.

Yeah it is weird how it works. I get 1 in the middle of my forehead just above my eyebrows
