Help, I get too many pimples before my period?

My skin is usually acne free, I might get one or two pimples but that's it. But right before my period I get a bunch of tiny pustules on my cheeks and it makes me so sad because I have to clear up my skin after every period I get and I'm tired of this, makes me feel so ugly. Any tips? I don't want to go to the dermatologist since this isn't a big issue, I'm just asking for tips, food or over the counter products that might help.

if not it is worth asking at doctors, health centre to advise which one would be best.

It’s completely normal. Our faces tend to break out before period.

Ik it's normal, I'm just looking for a way to control it better and avoid it getting like this. Do you use a product in specific or something?

Well, even when I used to do my face routine daily and take care of my skin, I’d still get a few pimples before my period, so I’m not really sure about products. The thing I use on pimples is La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo cream, and it works well for me tbh.

Maybe some food triggers it too? Like sugary food and drinks, white bread and so on. Did you try to avoid them during that period?

Thank u! I'll try, I can eat fried food and all that stuff normally but now that you mention it, I should avoid it during that time, might work.
