I got a test and I'm 4/5 on dust mite allergies and 2/5 on pet allergies. I don't have any food allergies to my knowledge.

The dust mite allergies have been a real pest all throughout my life but I invest in good HEPA filters that help a lot as well as neti pot to clear out my sinuses. Also they seem to have diminished with age. I get the occasional itchy eyes or sneezing but it's not like non-stop sneeze fits as I used to have when I was a kid.

Not the dust itself but the mites who feed on it.

Typically they're bundled together though so getting rid of the dust helps get rid of the mites.

I have no known allergies. I did have two allergic reactions to eating shrimp... many years ago. But tests could not identify exactly what I was allergic to. I've had shrimp (raw or cooked) many times since with no adverse effects.
