I had diarrhea yesterday and I don't know if it's the Himalayan salt, or the cheese or the hot peppers in my food. I also had it today after eating cheeses without Himalayan salt today.

fruit makes my mouth itchy but it's never stopped me. but yes i did take an allergy test and i'm allergic to environmental, pets, foods, dust, but again, it doesn't stop me
