No bra cause usually it’s a tight top so everything is held in place anyways and no panties as everything comes off afterwards and I shower straight away so

we had uniforms for gym and i would wear bra and panties under and am pretty sure the other girls all did (but i would put on fresh panties after)

If you don’t like the wet spots left behind on shared equipment, bring lysol wipes if you think it’s anything other than sweat. Otherwise maybe focus on what you’re doing at the gym rather than staring at every woman’s ass wondering if she’s wearing panties or not, creep.

I don’t. Gym clothes go in the wash straight after, so that’s best for hygiene.

I wear sports bra instead of regular bras, and yes I will still wear panties under my gym bottom, either shorts or sweatpants.

@HM1189 Not having a bra on while working out/ playing sports hurts so yes I wear a sports bra under my clothes.
