I picked yeah maybe. I mean... these bald dudes keep getting to breed. They're pretty prevalent in the population. If they were all that undesirable, then why they get so much pussy? I mean reality check if you have a full head of hair like me and think you're God's gift to women like I do... some of those dudes get just as much pussy as us and if not more.
After DNA testing, I have more Neanderthal DNA than 60% out there. I looked pretty hairless for a long time but age has me looking like a chimp lately. I still get pussy like it grows on trees in my backyard.
I really find genetics interesting. I grew up listening to people spew all sorts of theories that seemed to have one foot in ideology... but now that they're breaking it down as to exactly what makes what...
And I'm not trying to say I really know jack shit about it... but I just find it interesting. Like that chicken embryo they gave teeth again like a dinosaur... I just think it's amazing. ... Man I thought I was a genius when I first figured out my penis is a grown clit and that a labia majora is the stuff my ballsack is made out of. I guess certain proteins and shit like that (I don't know the details) make the genes express in a certain way.
If there is one thing that could get me to ignore sluts and all the worldly shit... it would be someone talking about genetics or related material. I'd rather have convo with that guy than bang yet another barely legal chick after a couple lines of cocaine.
Yes, I've heard a variety of reasons for it but I think a very simple one is that we fashion clothing. We get the benefits of being able to wear something like fur when we need it and deter things like lice and fleas when we don't, dissipate heat better when we don't, etc.
We also lack as many predatory features as our hominid ancestors but we don't need them anymore since we came to fashion tools to do things like hunt and butcher meat.
For sure! The agricultural revolution also seems to have had a massive impact on our evolution. For example, we have substantially more copies of the amylase gene (which helps break down starch in our saliva) than most other animals and far more than our hominid ancestors.
One of the most interesting things I learned recently is that while humans are among the most relatively weak animals compared to their mass overall, yet we're, by far, the strongest throwers able to throw extremely fast and accurately. Like Chimps are so, so much stronger than us but can only throw a baseball after careful training at around 20 MPH.

So I think we took on a very distinct evolutionary path from the rest of the animal kingdom in large part because we started adopting and creating tools, fashioning clothing, shelter, growing our own food and ceasing to be nomadic hunters and foragers, created medicines to combat disease, etc. I sometimes find it interesting and worrying too with the availability of computers and smartphones and internet and AI and possibly even genetic engineer as to how that might affect our evolutionary future.
I haven't studied at all about this and first time I heard about it!
I'll have to look into the evolutionary side there. It does seem quite vulnerable.
I don’t think it’s evolution per say that’s getting rid of our hair. I think it’s all that shit we pump into our bodies.
Externally we are changing our own genetic makeup and watching it mutate then our off springs carry that genetic and boom no hair.
the constant change in lifestyle is making constant change in our bodies
also just remark (not talking about myself) next time when u create a poll thats obviously to let people freely decide what they want to pick avoid words such as moron, idiot, stupid etc cuz that way u aren't really making it a free poll to pick from but deciding which is right to pick n which is moronic
have good day
thats why the poll is there for some to pick believing in it n for others to pick not believing in it
it doesn't make sense to decide who is a moron cuz u r making a poll to check whos with n whos against
also there is no need to be rude or call other names, not nice
I keep seeing lot of rude people in here n I've never thought u could be one of em

Oh, absolutely! Evolution plays a role in shaping many aspects of our bodies, including our hair. As humans have evolved, the need for dense body hair has decreased, leading to some hair loss over time. Plus, factors like genetics, diet, and lifestyle also contribute to hair health. So yeah, evolution's definitely got its hand in the mix when it comes to our locks.
Probably modern technology and modern medicine has taken humans outside of natural selection. People survive stuff that would have killed them in the past or made them undesirable as partners or made it difficult to survive and are able to pass these genes on.
I saw a history show that said less hairy people died off at some point. Mosquitos (the worlds most deadly entity) land on hair and can be felt and brushed off before spreading disease. So those people were less likely to catch it.
No, the trend is for women to want less hairy guys. Why do you think young guys are having their bodies waxed? When I was a kid you couldn't wait to have a beard to shave or chest hair. Now kids shave their chest hair.
Lol speak for yourself I have hairy arms and very hairy legs.
I do have to have quarterly full body shaves

Baldness isn't a trait that is getting selected for, especially in women so it is likely we will keep our scalp hair for the foreseeable future.
Yes we are evolving to lose the hair we don't need anymore, just like appendixes and molars.
No
