I’m trying to get rid of it of course BUT how unattractive is this? Enough to not want to date a girl if you were initially interested and then see she has arms like this? and yea you can’t always tell because sometimes we wear jackets or long sleeves that make it look “normal”I almost never wear shirt sleeves or sleeveless shirts or dresses. I always wear an over shirt or a jacket or tight long sleeves that slim down this part that makes it somewhat unnoticeablebut honest opinions please I don’t need compassionate or light words because you think you might “hurt my feelings” just say straight up what you think! !

Oh they’re just regular dumbbells? I’ve tried.. I even had trainers and I just look the same from my arms always. :/ Everything else changes but not my arms..
When I looked at your arm quickly earlier on I thought it was the bicep that needed the work. It's your tricep that is the issue.. Did you do tricep extensions with your trainer too?
It’s the bottom part I hate this term but the internet calls it bat flaps ugh 😑 I’ve done pushups I can do 30 nonstop of course I shake on the last 10 but I do them, still have this. I’ve done tricep dips, these get challenging after a big but still I don’t see a significant difference in this area.. I recently started training to do pull-ups I still cannot do 1 without the band help. With the band I can do 7 and struggle to get to 10
No this has always been this way even when I was very small in weight and body size my arms always looked bigger than others. It’s not just lose skin, there’s meat there also :/ I know if seen some photo of girls that have this and it’s just saggy skin after weight loss. No mine is full of meat there not just skin. My body wants to store fat there I don’t get why
Yeah probably the only thing to do is surgery.. or else I’d have to get super skinny and being skinny is just as bad and unattractive as being fat. I see photos of me and the only times I didn’t have Thai was when I was extremely skinny with no body no meat. Because even when I was about 110-115 pounds I still had big arms and I was very small not super skinny but very fit.
I’m now bigger than that but not fat I don’t have a big stomach or anything else that looks big other than my arms and armpit area.. I hate that my body wants to put the fat here first it seems. Okay thank you for all your advice
I'm not sure what Anonymous male 45 plus is talking about. I have quite a few women that age at work and that's not normal. That said, if that's all the fat you have, you're still up on a great many women out there.

Yeah I know many women who are fat that don’t have this.. even when I was younger my fatter friends had skinny or normal Sized arms and I always had bigger arms I don't know why. The rest of my body even today is mostly fit. Small waist and almost no stomach. Athletic legs and face looks rather young. It’s just my arms even my mother that is much older than me and bigger than me has thin arms.
For me it’s ugly.. and always self conscious about how others perceive me especially in a relationship if it would completely turn off my partner to the point of just not wanting to be with me because it’s ugly.
If you worked out with heavy weights it would make that more solid and shapely instead of just... i don't know..."hang-y" I guess would be the made up word for it. Triceps extensions, triceps kickbacks.
I have done heavy weights. I lift more than most of the girls I know. Even the trainers are always impressed. I’m not bragging, it’s weird why my arms look like this if I can lift heavy and workout my arms it’s like my body wants to store all the fat there I don’t get it
How much cardio you doing? If you already have muscle tone under there (and I'm not convinced you do) then you're going to need cardio to lower your body fat if that IS where your body decides to store your fat.
I’m doing 10 mins of walking and sprinting (60 second walk, 30 second sprint, intervals) then followed by 20 more minutes of just fast pase walking. Morning and night. At the gym I only run 1 lap and the rest is weight training.
Yeah I'd up the intensity and duration on that. You're not going to get much caloric impact off 10 minutes mild HIIT and 20 of walking unless you're talking 13:30 minute miles as your "walk" speed.

I think bat wings are generally a good indicator that the person in question is fairly inactive and probably a homebody. I would not consider them to be a deal breaker.
So if you met a woman and she looked nice to you and you start dating her and then one day you realize her arms look like this you would just break up with her?
you shouldn't even be concerned at all , the man who will loves you and respect you he will loves for who you are you don't need to change anything in your body or in your personality and you have to surround yourself with people who accept you as who you are

The rest of my body is pretty fit. It’s just these ugly arms.. And I don’t look old at all I look 24 at worst at most. Most people assume younger than that. So I don’t think k I’m completely fucked but once someone sees me arms exposed would it be a turn off etc
