How long did it take you to recover from the worst moment of your life? Did you ever?

The stinging horrible bit took one month (40 days to be precise). I set a timer for myself to just grieve in isolation and then had to jump back into reality again.
There were lesser waves of feelings or effects to deal with for several months after, but taking that time to myself helped immensely and allowed me to set a balance to my life after that moment.
(In the case of lesser "bad" moments. I have to heal on the fly. My "worst" moment I had to just stop and regroup.)

I have some weird heart abnormality after I got the vaccine it sucksm

@exitseven agreed. I spent months in hospital and in patient paralyzed and then learning to walk, talk, read, etc. Guillain-Barre Syndrome sucks 0/10 don't recommend.

My mom almost died from it! She got it after she had pneumonia. It started with a pain in her back, that she thought was a pulled muscle from coughing and within one week, she was on life support. It’s been ten years and she is about sixty percent of what she was. The doctors just kept dismissing her when she would go to the ER. Finally it advanced so bad, she couldn’t breath on her own and rescue was called. She was in the hospital for four months learning how to function and care for herself, just like you. She also experienced severe pain in her extremities for months. I hope you have a good recovery, I really do! I witnessed how tough it is.
