So many people nowadays go to the gym to workout. How comfortable do you feel working out next to the opposite gender Or do you think the gym should be split into girls and guys side
I’ll admit I have no shame for my gains yet, all the shame in my game. I have no problem doing any extreme exercise in front of any person just from going to the gym on and on for years. I go to plannet fitness too. So I see a large variety of people all shapes, sizes, and ages. Because the equipment there is pretty base level basic, you’ll see me doing extra stuff like farmer carries and dumbell clean and pulls. I’m pretty confident and very courteous when I’m at the gym because I’m just there to get a good pump then bounce. No I don’t even say a word to anybody. Lol I don’t mind doing weighted hip trusts lol but even just like squats it’s better to do those when there’s not too much traffic. Why would I wait in line just to do some hip trusts when I could walk around with weights in hand and get still beefy
One time a day after i went to the gym i got sick like a rat and i never went back again lol. too many germs and nasty people. Yes there are hot girls there but to be honest the right person will come at the right time and i don't have to chase women at the gym like other guys do and is the only reason they are there. I usually get my exercise by taking a walk on some fresh air it's much healthier for you and you can lose a lot of weight if you watch what you eat and walk a few hours a week. And i have ran into a few hot girls walking their dog too.
I'm fine with it am not bothered its all about enjoying your time there and how good its making you feel having a work out who cares whos next to you just go with the Flo and enjoy ure workout day
I feel fine, generally. There's the odd creep, but for the most part, the guys at my gym are pretty respectful and everyone minds their own business.

Fairly comfortable... I do make a point of avoiding staring at her though. Honestly, it's a rather small minority of women actually seem to make a point of getting weird about stuff like that.
For most women, as long as you're genuinely minding your own business and not intently watching them, they'll generally be cool with you.
Back in the day I worked out at a gym that had men and women workout on alternate days. Men worked out Tues, Thurs, Say and Sunday until noon. The women had Mon, Wed. FRi and Sunday from Noon to 5. I guess it was okay but I think it is better to be able to go to the gym 7 days a week.
If we don’t go together my wife prefers an all-ladies gym. This is just her preference cause it makes her feel safer. She usually works out with me when I go. I think taken ladies will prefer to go to gyms with their partners or with friends. Maybe a gym buddy. Single ladies would go to an inclusive gym if they feel confident enough and comfortable to work out around guys.
I am fairly comfortable. I've only been harassed a couple of times in a gym before, and once I switched to a new gym that had security cameras and female staff members, I haven't had any trouble with the men there.
As a girl, I'm fine with it as long as there are other women there. I once went to a gym where there were only guys and their stares made me want to cover up and run away... which I did. Later, I only went to that gym in rush hours.
That's crazy. What next, male and female swimming pools? I have my own home gym, but it would not bother me one bit training alongside women. I have tunnel vision when I train. I see nothing around me!
I don't think much of it. But then again I'm actually there to work out, and not half naked. So even though I get a few glances, I don't really uncomfortable
It used to stress me out especially if they were hot... but nowadays I don't. I'm literally in my own bubble and do my own thing.
I don't think I would want to. I'm in a class setting so it's a group thing. Support, enjoyment. Much better.
I have no problem with it as long as they are not recording content that makes me appear to be a pervert for simply staring into space after a hard set.
I would prefer the gym split, it would be easier to work out and not get harassed all the time.🤔🤣

I don't go to the gym. I used to with a friend but after he moved I stopped going. I get enough exercise at work moving furniture

I wouldn't be comfortable working out in a gym where women are wearing these tight leggings as if their bums are bare plus all the eeh aah ooh 😂😂
If I go, I only go during female only hours.
