What exactly are triglycerides? My triglycerides are high and I'm literally scared to death about it. What is this?

You can Google triglycerides and find out what they are.

One thing I do know about high triglycerides on lab results is an indication of diabetes.

My boyfriend's labs always showed high triglycerides but I guess his doctor kept missing it as a sign that he did indeed have diabetes. Several lab results kept showing high triglycerides.

Finally he was told he had diabetes and had to start taking pills for it.

they relate to fat eat less fatty snacks. use your fear to overcome the temptation to eat fatty snacks like corn chips potato chips etc.
