With practice, 3 minutes provided you breath in and out quickly for a bit before holding your breath. 1 minute with any practice.

I used to be able to hold it for 3 minutes without having to get air. But now barely a minute. But I did used to practice more at holding my breath, especially under water

Not as long as I could when I was younger, now maybe 5 minutes. It's something we train to do during scuba diving certification.
