I'm not sure. Before starting my YTT I used YouTube. There are plenty of really good Yoga channels and they're all for free and if you hate the ads you can download the videos on there. I also tried many yoga apps but they were all paid versions with monthly subscriptions.

Is yoga like done barefoot or something? Like you can't do it with tights or socks on? Because i have a lot of friends who do yoga and are usually barefoot for it so like 😭
