Is it normal to feel like the bad decisions/choices you make is worse than the bad decisions/choices everyone else makes? It’s like you feel as though the consequences for your bad actions choices are far worse than someone’s else’s consequences for their bad choices. As if you know for sure that’s the case. Would you call this way of thinking anxiety or insecurity/low self esteem?

Ugh girl I totally get what you mean! I think feeling like that does definitely stem from anxiety or low self-esteem. It's like we beat ourselves up so much more than other people, you know?
It's normal to feel anxiety about mistakes - we all mess up sometimes. But when you start thinking your errors are WAAAAY worse or will have bigger consequences than anyone else's, that's a sign you're being too hard on yourself.
I think social media doesn't help cause it makes everything feel so high stakes now too. Like one bad decision and your life is ruined forever type of feeling. Bleh.
Try to catch yourself having those negative thought spirals. Imagine how you'd respond if your best friend was feeling that way - you'd reassure her right? Well, do the same for yourself sis! We all deserve kindness, even from ourselves.
It's a process, but over time you can learn to talk to yourself with more compassion. You're human just like everyone else. Mistakes happen, and they don't define your worth. I'm sure you're awesome just as you are 💜
Definitely a form of anxiety.
