Question about Anxiety, Is this normal?

I’ve had a highly stressful situation going on and I’m in a constant state of high anxiety. A few months ago it was at its peak every single day, I was puking and shaking. Basically stayed in bed for 3 months. It’s better now, I’ve blocked most thoughts out. But sometimes my mind wanders and I start to get all sad/stressed and then I literally start gagging.
That’s pretty much my question, is gagging from Anxiety normal/common? Because it happens a lot, it’s really embarrassing when I’m around people because I genuinely have no control over it, and it’s hard to hide. It never used to happen, I’d just feel nauseous and throw up…I’d have to be really mentally low for that to happen. But now just little reminders, even some TikTok’s trigger it and I start gagging as if I’m about to throw up 🙃 I feel like a weirdo, pls tell me if you can relate at all
