Only one, and my tooth came in with a pit already in it, so it was not from a lack of dental hygiene. I got a filling in that tooth shortly after it came in, and I had to get it replaced a few years back.

One. Anaerobic infection beneath enamel. It was barely visible, just slightly darker than enamel around.

many i suspect the "cleaner" scraping that metal causes them.

. i can only be responsible for myself but two years without metal scraping n no cavities... yet,

brush was enough for me in contrast to past cavities.
