In the last week or so, both my knees have started to hurt. The pain is right above the kneecaps. They hurt a little when I walk but they hurt a lot more when I get up from a sitting position. I haven't been doing anything different, as far as physical activities, so I am actually a little worried it could be arthritis or something. It's just strange it's both knees. I just hope I don't die from it!😞
