Everyone else had seen their standard standard of living take a big dive. Personally I watched my retirement account decrease in value by more than 20% and at the same time watched the cost of everything rise drastically. Some important items like gas, heating oil and electricity had doubled since Biden took office. Food has also gone crazy. Wages certainly have not risen as fast as everything else. I am not the only one who had experienced this. Mortgage rates have almost tripled over the last 3 years and taxes have gone up and will go up again next year as the Trump tax cuts expire.
When Trump was president my retirement account had doubled , something it never did in the 30 years that I have had it.
My taxes had gone down almost $4000 after the Trump tax cuts. Gas was 1.99./a gallon. Heating oil and electricity was much less and so was food.
There are maybe 10 or 12 strip malls in the town I live in. Each one still has at least one vacant storefront. So many businesses have closed during Covid and never reopened. Biden has been actively tried to put as many small businesses into bankruptcy. over 90% of small business owners are big Trump supporters. Biden hates small business owners.
