They used to have this poster on Toronto train stations. I remember calling my doc and saying I need to get my eyes checked because I see red. Apparently I wasn’t the only one 😅😅 so they ended up changing the signs.

anyways, I’m pretty well hydrated so soft yellows. If I’ve gone on a coffee binge, IPA.

I've only had 1 or 2 never 3 or 4 sometimes it's even lighter than shown here. I drink quite a lot usually. Even when I was traveling and got sick, dehydrated and had to go to the hospital to get a infusion I don't think my pee was that dark. Good luck with the heat.

My urine was similar to that while in the hospital for bowel obstruction, trust me the Gastrointestinal doctor told me to start drinking water because my urine was concentrated.
