I’m pretty used to it being hot here down south from like March through September. But the heat has been really bad this month. Everytime I step out the house, I get a serious migraine within an hour or two. I’m not sure if its from the light (cause I need new eyeglass prescription) or dehydration or if its simply the heat… or maybe a mix of the three. But I tried to go furniture shopping this weekend and suddenly I was puking everywhere in the parking lot. It was just so fuggin hawt 😭 #FeelFreeToList
380 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. It hasn't really been hot here. It rained all of June. Now there are some sunny days but the lake I live by is way cooler than it usually would be this time of year because of all the rain that happened so that might impact it a bit and it rained again today only a little bit but I feel like the chance for a really ot summer is already past. There will be some sunny days ahead but it will not be a summer to remember for high temperatures or good wether only the record amount of rain will be remembered.

Is it like fan forced oven hot? We get northerly winds like that. Most of the time it is simply the radiant energy of the sun that causes distress and it's ok in the shade.
Lack of water could have been the cause.
I could do with a bit of heat stress - I am tired of South Pole Blast Coming headlines. I did see a native bee on my balcony yesterday so maybe it will be an early spring for me.

I drank at least 40-50’fl oz before going out. I felt good up until that moment. But yea I don't know what was happening. It didn't feel that hot out but i guess it was

Apparently not the mods 🤣
1 yIt's been a pretty hot couple of weeks. The girls have been sweating way too much soaking up my bras a bit... I've had to use my boyfriend's deodorant cause mine simply wasn't cutting it. My electric bill has suffered. Overall, I'm feeling like taking the rest if the summer to just live in Alaska and come back in the winter
05 Reply- 1 y
Lmao the tis have def been sweating 🤣 i thought buying a sports bra would help over a regular but nope its even worse

Girl, my office has aur conditioning. I had to buy a small desk fan to point directly at them to cool them off. I get in the car. Same thing with the AC. Normally I just have an extra pair of underwear and pads in case of accidents. Now I have to keep an extra bra around just in case.
- 1 y
No using air to cool off the ac 😭
- 1 y
I needed the direct air flow! And it's hard to get up to the vent on the ceiling! 😆
- 1 y
Haha makes sense
The temperature's been ok but the humidity that hangs around the next day after a thunderstorm is what makes it gross. I can do 110 every day if it's dry. This 102-104 with humidity stuff though? Blah. I signed up to live in Arizona for a reason. Humidity over like 9% is gross.

1 yNo thanks God. We've just been hit savagely by Beryl.. more like r*pe.
Anyways I am enjoying the rain and the cool weather. Maybe my heels would survive this year and won't get damage from the heat and I won't end up with heatstroke. It's a win... for now00 Reply What's the temperature and humidity peaking to?
Monsoon has set in, so the heat isn't a problem for me anymore. Although the summer was excruciatingly painful. 🥲 The daily average was around 42-48°C high with humidity varying between 25-85%. I used to get a daily warning for excessive heat from Google 🤣

m 1 yIt’s been more often warm than hot (25-30 degrees Celsius) but like our Swiss member wrote, mixed with a lot of rain. It’s the first time in ten years that the groundwater levels get some relief.

Nah. I've actually been outside more lol. Honestly living in Australia for almost a decade made me accustomed to heat. I grew up near Chicago, so I love the cold too. It fr felt hotter this year which is now a common trend.
02 Reply- 1 y
I hate the cold but this heat hit me too hard. I had drank at least 40-50 fl oz of water before going out but yea i guess i was still dehydrated. I aim for 90-100 fl oz a day but only half before going oht

1 yLast week was very hot, stayed inside in A/C most of the time. The last few days, it's been raining a lot, with cooler temps, both welcomed.

1 yYeah I notice it gets hotter ever year but I drink a lot water, wear sunglasses and a ball cap so the heat doesn’t get to me. I know some people go crazy for how hot it gets.

Yea see I've been drinking lots of water but hardly taking in electrolytes. That could be my issue
- 1 y
Yea im thinking that. I better et back on my gatorade
1 yWe've had a few days that made it really difficult to study
02 Reply- 1 y
You study outdoors? Or it was that hot inside?
- 1 y
Inside. But when you have intense humidity like what I had to deal with, it almost doesn't even matter.
Think along the lines of condensing, instead of sweating. Not fun
Yes, the heat has been making me seriously horny all the time.

1 yIt's currently winter in the land down under so it's been very 🥶 cool and crisp here.
