Tell me more about your daily routine in mania and depressive episodes. Sometimes, I can be energetic, optimistic and hyperactive. Sometimes, I lose all hope and get negative thoughts. That makes it hard to get out of my bed or even to leave home.

i do not have bipolar, but i have PTSD and OCD that's comorbid to it. so idkk if this would work for you although maybe it would
i just see what works for me and doesn't which means my habits too. i make sure to get a job that's more flexible and just understand my body, so ik when episodes come. it's not perfect but it's better now and i just try to anticipate how my brain is gonna work to my best and what to do if I've shutdown
just takes time
and you can be successful but it takes trial and errors to figure out what works best for you. Ik it's frustrating as hell and exhausting
i believe people with bipolar deserve a framework special for them.
short shifts and real social workers for guidance.
