the entire fitness supplements industry is a huge scam. just work out and eat healthy. don't bother with that shit. the only stuff that works is trt or steroids. but that also fucks you up massively. so just ignore that entire snake oil inustry and work out on a healthy diet. that's all you need.
tho looking at your age, if you're not making progress, you may wanna talk to your doctor about testosterone replacement therapy.

So I’m assuming that you tried it than and it didn’t work for you?
in my gym rat days i pretty much tried every shit. (except for steroids and testosterone). the only thing besides the unhealthy shit i mentioned that actually works is creatine but all that does is pump water into your muscles. so that's all show and no "real" gain.
it's snake oil. not because "it just didn't work for me". but cause it has no measurable effect if you already have a good diet.
like yeah if you're rocking 8% body fat and are trying to inch out the last bit of definition, then it might actually make sense. but not for the average gym bro.

Ok thanks.

It’s not for straight athletic purposes. I have had two shoulder surgeries, I am a BJJ Black belt and my joints are starting to show wear.
Was mostly looking for those with actual experience using, but thanks for your reply.
I don't know what specifically is wrong with your shoulder. but there's no magical wonder potion that makes you heal. bpc157 showed some minor inflammation reducing and may slightly improve glucose tolerance. however there's not even very good evidence and what evidence there is, is from animal studies. not from human studies. so i think it would be fair to say: we don't really know much about it.
like if your joints litterally how wear, you're shit out of luck. cause as far as i know, there's no way to effectively "regain" cartilage.
