It's not bleach or she would be blonde.
But you can tell she changed the color because when you color your hair and go under lights or outside you can see red color in the hair and that's what she has

Nah, she has always had light skin. And in the summer we tend to get darker and then lighten up afterwards as the months pass.

No, she just stopped spending much time under sun and started taking care of her skin, wearing sunscreen and all. Lot of people when they're younger especially when they're in college look darker because they spend outdoor without caring much about how much damage it will do to your skin.
