Fatty fish: Salmon, sardines, and tuna contain protein, omega-3s, and selenium.
Leafy dark greens: Kale, spinach, and collards contain vitamins A, C, and E, omega-3s, protein, and selenium in spinach.
Eggs: Contain protein, vitamins A and E, selenium, and zinc.
Flaxseeds: Contain omega-3s and selenium.
Legumes: Lentils and chickpeas contain protein and zinc.
Avocados: Contain healthy fats and vitamins C and E.
Extra virgin olive oil: Contains healthy fats and vitamin E
Any ones higher in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals & other things that promote healthy skin. Bonus points if they you're not allergic or intolerant to them, they don't contain much sugar, instead contain a good amount of fiber in them, etc.

Yup... fruits, veggies, lots of water.
I hear that seaweed is supposed to be good for that kind of thing as well.
Detoxing isn't a real thing. And fruit won't clear your skin.
I love pomegranates. Really find things that are organic as well. Also eat the seeds of fruit.
Watermelons, strawberries, and oranges. ^-^
