Nah. When it comes to weightloss, I just restrict calories when aiming to maximize macro & micro quality.

And for detoxifying, that comes with maximizing micros. For instance, being sure to eat foods with antioxidants like Pinto beans, walnuts, bananas, oats, etc, they help detoxify my body due to reducing inflammation, oxidative stress, free radicals, etc.
