One of my favorties that help in the morning is my cottage bean bowl.
-bowl of cottage cheese (of your choosing, i prefer krogers)
-beans (your choice, bush is good. They say pick black beans but i say fk you.)
-cherry tomatoes
-paprika
-salt and pepperMix that shi all up and it's something delicious <3 it will help with weight loss, as it helped me. I've gotten hotter with a certain diet I'm going on but mine probably won't work for you

Low carb meals, anything healthy with a side of veggies helps a lot too.
Usually I do grilled chicken with green beans and corn.
Any dense food with enough micro-nutrients & the right macronutrients (like good fats, protein, & fiber). Even better if the meal has a low glycemic load. You don't want to spike your blood sugar to unnecessary amounts. It will make it harder to avoid overeating.
If it's hard to say no to cravings, then I definitely suggest keto. You won't feel any cravings if you do it right. Because your hormones will be more under control.
You do not even need to lose weight. You look fine. But I guess you are putting yourself down for attention.

Balanced diet of carbs, proteins, good fat and fibre. Eat mostly whole foods and water intake based on your weight. You’ll be fine. Don’t stop yourself from eating what you like but in moderation. Don’t make your cheat meal a cheat week 🤣. Don’t be like me 😂

For me it’s pasta and rice. That never puts weight on me. It really depends on the person and their own unique metabolism. Always best to ask your doctor and or a nutritionalist.
