A big one! Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, and you can actually ingest as much as you want as long as you follow a few rules 1) limit animal fats and 2) no refined sugar. So that still leaves many choices such as fruits, avocados, eggs, wheat breads, nuts, seeds, honey. Low fat lean meat would also be an option and smoked salmon is great too to keep your protein levels up.

Smoothie:
Egg whites, veggies and a whole wheat pita. You just need protein , carbs and fruit/vegetables and or healthy fats.
Intermitent fasting, just skip breakfast is the best way for weight loss and weight control in general

About 1 quart of cold water, 1 multivitamin, 1 B-complex vitamin.
Take this with a grain of salt, but I'd assume it's something like eggs.
Oats, fruit bowl, yogurt, açaí bowl, fruit based smoothie, Kellogg’s corn flakes with no added sugar... these are just options and sometimes you can pare then with like homemade orange juice
Hard to go wrong with fresh fruit or a smoothie.
