Is this a good meal plan for weight loss?

breakfast- a handful of roasted butternut squash with some breaded chicken parmeasan.

lunch- carrots, cucumbers. I wasn't that hungry so I didn't eat much

Snack- 2 reeces peanut butter cups

dinner- sushi and some sugar free milk tea.

And for those of you who are gonna tell me to cut out all sugar, fat, etc... I can't do it. And I won't restrict myself to such a draconian , unreasonable diet. I'm looking for helpful tips, not impossible advice.
