As much as I wanna disagree with him because of how he's yelling at the camera & calling people "fat fucks, fat pigs, fat cunts, morons," 🤣 he is saying a lot of truth depending on someone's goal. Of course, it's not the only way of going about losing weight, but it can be pretty effective if a person's main goal is to lose fat & they're not a bodybuilder trying to retain large amounts of muscle mass.

Of course, it gets pretty complex depending on how a person's body might respond to these things, but generally, it might be a good path to take if someone does it right. Keto is especially good if someone has a hard time resisting urges.

I don't have to follow that though. I can easily ignore hunger pangs & instantly change my diet if need be. It's definitely harder but doable/worth it for me. That's why I intermittent fast. It makes it so that I don't have to cut out certain foods I really like. I can still have sugar. But if just stay within a healthy caloric range, ignore my hormones if I know it's not time to eat, mainly eat for the energy or repair I need, & stick to my routine, all will be well.
