I grew at 24 years old?

I’m a guy at 6’2 and a half tall without shoes. 4 months ago, I was just at 6’1 and a half. I’ve been the same height since I was 17 years old. Initially, 4 months ago, I began doing neck and core strength/stretch workouts and hanging on a bar for 10 minutes straight every day.

Alongside that I was using the sauna, doing pull ups at the gym, and working out as per usual. 4 months later, I did feel taller, my sister is 6’1 and a half as well and we were always eye level. I did notice that I was standing a bit taller than her. But I paid no mind to it. A few weeks later, I went to a doctors for a checkup and he mentioned that I had grown 3cm since my last checkup 8 months ago. I am now 6’2 and a half. And I just turned 24 years old.

Is this normal? Mind you; I always stood up straight, I never had bad posture, but a slight pelvic tilt that’s not noticeable.
