I honestly thought I was having a psychedelic moment when I read this as fighting 🤣.

If you’re referring to “happy solo time” , it varies but mainly that is regarding my work schedule and other events/ responsibilities, but if I’m like free? At least once a day or twice a day if I had like some sort of caffeine. I discovered that the best way to refuel your body (or at least for me) is a protein shake.

Protein shake after one intense session is like water for the toon squad in space jam, I’m rejuvenated like I’m fresh off the bench

Lol.

I myself engage in upper outer extremity versus external male organ combat on a daily basis.
After many decades of sparring, I've found there to be no clear losers.
It's pretty much a win-win every time for my entire body.
