A few times in my very early twenties. It was pure hell! Nothing helped either. My vision would be blurred and sensitive to light a day or two before it started and remain that way a day or two after it went away. Fortunately, for me, they only lasted a couple hours.

I and my son both were plagued with constant migraine headaches for many years, on a daily basis.
But then we moved out of the apartment we lived in for 16 years and no more migraines.
Our apartment's ventilation was very poor and causing our migraines.
But if you have migraines now, it's best to get some prescription medicine from your doctor to knock the next one out fast. Why suffer with migraines when you don't have to.
