I can say with a reasonable accuracy that I have a healthy digestive system and that I have no issues with my gastrointestinal (GI) system. Therefore, there is absolutely no indication whatsoever why I should perform such a procedure.

I presume that is more indicated for people that suffer from constipation or have another ailment of the gastrointestinal system. A healthy person should probably avoid to perform an enema if there is no medical necessity to do so.
