Late January of this year. I tried doing keto but I guess it was bad timing because it just compromised my system just enough to allow a sickness to make me bed ridden for a week.

This winter I didn't get sick once. And last winter I don't think I got sick either so at least 2-3 years :)

I think early February. It wasn't long though. I barely get sick now. It was shocking when I did.

I had this cold only like 6 weeks ago too so I can't believe I got it again and I have to go work cos I took time off sick last time and it's too close to do so again.

I never used to get sick. I think it's cos I'm severely lacking in sleep and exercise lately since hanging with a guy who is up ALL night! Even if I do try sleep I don't fully sleep aw he's likes tv on and I prefer total darkness and quiet.

Someone got me sick, I have a heavy nose, scratchy throat, and a light cough for now.

I have a messed up sleep schedule soo that's not going to help me... I will be resting for a couple days...

I think I got sick cos I'm running around enjoying nights (cos everyone is night owls) but I still got stuff I have to do. So I'm just not getting enough rest. Plus when u go out last thing you want in clubs and bars is a big coat. So I'm out all hours of the morning (1am, 2am, 5am) no coat. Just thin hoodie. Not even that for club.
