When’s the last time you had a Zima?

Actually they discontinued them in 2008 but brought it back in 2018 for a limited time, but I’m curious how many people remember it

The tv series Psych, had an episode with Shawn asking for one and they laughed at him because it was discontinued years ago

I don't know if I did. I remember hearing the commercials on the radio though, featuring a dude named Jim who was ranting about dying of thirst and starvation, when in reality he was just floating in a pool and needed a drink.

Yeah they had plenty of tv commercials for that but it’s interesting how it was forgotten so easily. They still sell it in Japan though

I also used to watch Archer. There was an episode earlier on in which Archer somehow breast cancer and the drugs he was taking were switched out with Zima by some Irish drug gang.

I tried them. It took me a while to acquire the taste for beer. So i tried all manner of malt beverages, cheap wines and cocktails.

Yeah I tried it once or twice and it just seemed more like a wine cooler with a different taste. I only like certain types of beer myself and not much of drinker anyway

Yeah he introduces the pineapple in many episodes just Snyders pretzels, so he asked for a Zima, which was funny since it had been discontinued years ago

Taking a trip back in time I remember my aunt liked zima & my sister brought it up in conversation years back & I had to Google it. Psych was a good show & I didn’t notice the Snyder’s pretzels either.

I’ve watched all the episodes at least twice and it comes up often about the pretzels just like the pineapple, the episode about the Zima came in the last few episodes before the show was at its end, the episode in which Juliet was looking for a roommate and someone killed the first roommate and the next roommate that shows up tried looking like Juliet afterwards and she is one Shawn asked for a Zima

Yeah kind of, I remember it was clear, carbonated and similar to a wine cooler but they discontinued them in 2008 and they came in 1994 , I probably tried one in the 90s most likely, they still have them in Japan only, it didn’t really catch on here after awhile
