Probably around 40-50. Not gonna test it though because I have been in a pretty extreme deficit for the past 4 days & can't afford doing junk volume 🤣 my body hurts

Eating at maintenance today & I was actually surprisingly accurate with my prediction. I managed to get 48reps out before failure. Wasn't doing the standard 80bpm tempo but I still did full rom & good form. I usually don't do this many. I tend to prefer slow & controlled reps with an rir being at least 3 or less to failure.

i'm litterally as chubby and unfit right now as probably ever in my life. i can still get down and rip at least 25. if you count "resting in pushup position without going down on the floor" as still doing them "in a row", i can do more.
