Girls, What do I do with my chest of I have bigger chest than other mens?

Actually I'm a boy but I have very bigger chest than mans at the age of 21 my chest starting growing and now it's this big that if people saw my chest they can't say I'm a man everyone is trolling me calling me trans etc. but I don't care about whatever thing they say whenever I'm on Activa my chest start juggling and that the reason I can't jump even from the bed it's so humiliation for me as a boy I can't jump or run I can't even participate in sports because of this and one of my female friend just said to wear a bra it will might not look good on you but it will support your chest to not to bounce but it's soo embarrassing but as there is cold I can wear it inside of my jacket and I have done exercising daily I go to gym but I don't know why they are the same I talked to my trainer about this he said go to the doctor than and doctor said you have a problem in genetics and it can't be changed you can have two choices either stay this or website can have surgery but I'm afraid of surgery so I can't please suggest me what to do please help me.

Look into chest binders. They can be expensive (over $30 for sure) especially if you're a bigger person, but they can work much better than a bra to hold your chest down and they are designed more neutral/masculine, some even look just like undershirts! :)

Unfortunately your doctor is right that there aren't any medical options except for surgery. It is a pretty simple surgery with very low complication rate, but still it is scary to have any surgery. My husband had the same problem and did get a surgery, but he's always been more of the risk taker than me lol.
