Actually after every time eat because I can't stand for any food to be in between my teeth.
I am officially toothless I had all my remaining teeth pulled. I have no reason to floss anymore. And I only have my dentures in when I'm at work I take break from having them in when at home on my days off.
After every meal.
After I brush my teeth. Which is four times a day. lol
