What do girls think of real skinny guys?

Are girls turned off by skinny guys and only like real muscle guys. Cause once a girl told me that I was too skinny for her and didn't want to date a guy that was skinnier than her. And that hurt. What is the big deal as long as I am not obese how is that a turn off? Are girls really that self conscious about dating a guy that is skinnier than them...whats the big deal I mean common. Please explain this one to me.

I'm pretty thin but have some muscle tone. I haven't been able to even do a push up for past 5 years due to a shoulder problem. Now I'm back in the gym after physical therapy finally! I've been with the same girl the past 6 years. She would prefer some more muscle but is OK with my body. BTW she is pretty hot if that counts. So yeah low body fat with muscle tone is usually ideal but don't overdue it. Fatter women will be into bigger men I notice if your into big chicks. I think they are probably just intimidated my fit guys or they think they wouldn't stay around so you can still land one I bet.

dude it's like with girls: we like girls that are lean and fit. Girls like that same thing with guys - they want guys that are lean and built, not huge. Think MMA fighter. Not huge like brock lesnar, but well build like GSP or frankie edgar. Lean, muscular but not bulky. Yes, it's hard to get that body but it's worth it because the quality of women you attract sky rockets.

Preferences, really. Everybody has ém. I personally don't like guys that are super built. Lean and lanky is how I like them.

This does seem to be a theme amongst a good number of females though. It seems to bother them if they are bigger than their man. I have heard on more than one occasion girlfriends complaining they need to diet or they'll end up bigger than their boyfriends.

Silly? Perhaps. But maybe it's not worth dating someone who's that concerned about outward appearances anyway.

As a girl I know it'd be nice to be smaller than the guy I was dating, I don't know why it just feels nicer I guess and you feel safer. It would have everything to do with her mentality and nothing to do with your looks though, doesn't mean you're unattractive and doesn't mean every girls is going to have the same concern.

I admit, dating a guy who is thinner than I am might take getting used to. However, if a girl really likes a guy because of how he makes her feel, weight won't be a factor. I know that seemed mushy, but it's true haha. Hang in there!

So all is well, my friend. I'm in the same boat but have been told by people here and there that skinny guys are just as appreciated as built guys. Be happy that your issue is worrying about how to GAIN weight and tone up :)

like skinny skinny skin and bones? no I don't think I'm gonna like that. People say my boyfriend is skinny but really he just look like one of those muay thai fighters. skinny with muscles but lean lol if that make sense..
