Not long - about 5 minutes or less. But the first thing I do when my feet hit the ground is I make my morning cup of coffee ☕. Yeah awwww!!🙂

I set my alarm and hour early so I can keep hitting snooze. I have a hard time getting up.

Really depends on how cold it is. I notice that I have a harder time both waking up & getting if it's really cold. It's why if I wake up freezing, I turn up my heater to make it warmer to give me incentive to get up.
