How Often do you use MOUTHWASH?

Some dentists and doctors recommend using mouthwash, some don't, at least not every time you brush your teeth.

What do you do?

Ever since I've had my remaining teeth removed and went full dentures last year. I don't use mouthwash that much I have mouthwash, but it stays under the sink

Just a mild alcohol-free one usually whenever I brush my teeth. I would not do that with a stronger one.

i go in this exact order twice every day

1. floss
2. mouthwash
3. brush teeth
4. water flosser

works like a charm

I don’t use Listerine mouthwash anymore the best is rinsing your mouth out with hydrogen peroxide and my dentist told me about it
